In 1988 Angelo Gaja fulfilled the family dream and bought a vineyard in the Marenca-Rivette area in Serralunga d’Alba. Today’s legendary Barolo Sperss was born. With its masculine and powerful structure, the Sperss is an archetype of a mighty, long-lived Barolo that has reached monumental size after a long period in the cellar.</p>
