<p>The aroma is reminiscent of coconut rough with fruit notes of plum, peach and strawberries. </p><p>Refreshing and bright the balance is soft and refined. The unusual name ‘Spy Valley’ is derived from the presence of a huge satellite communications monitoring station across the road from the vineyard. Pinot Noir is the grape variety used to make this fresh, crisp rose. It is packed full of juicy fruit flavours of peach, plum and strawberry. </p><p> Will match well with roast turkey, salmon or trout fish stews and soups. </p><p> 100% handpicked, with 85% whole bunch pressed, and 15% being a “Saignee” of juice immediately drained from handpicked fruit destemmed to vats.
