<p>ORGANIC (UNCERTIFIED) / VEGAN</p><p>An exquisite sweet Mosel Riesling, with plenty of age to develop. The acidity is ping-y and bright, balancing the residual sugar. Incredibly elegant on its own, with lots of floral, citrus and stone fruit notes. Lovely on its own as a dessert.</p><p>It’s grown on the Staffelter Hof estate that has been around since (at least) 862 AD.
