<p><h3>What do they say? </h3><p>The Stopham Estate Brut is made from Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%), has a lovely taste of honeyed brioche with grapefruit and citrus fruits. </p><h3> What does the English Vine say? </h3><p>A good salesman sells to you when you are least expecting it. Much like Stopham Estate did in this case. We had heard lots about their Pinot Gris so asked to taste it, but they also ‘happened’ to send a bottle of their Sparkling Brut too… and that was when the love affair started. We think this is a little naughty this wine. Fun, crisp and very drinkable. An instant hit with us so added to our wine list.</p><h3>Try this if you like: </h3><p>Champagne</p>
