<p>The nose is full of ripe apple, refreshing citrus and a touch of honey, whilst the palate is creamy with more tropical fruit and a creamy element. A great introduction to orange wine, as the grapes only spend a little over a week in contact with their skins. </p><p>Made by Maria, Dani, and Fernando, a dynamic trio who slowly converted an abandoned cooperative building in their village of Carcastillo to a fully operational winery.
