Palate: Medium bodied, hint of cream, smooth flavours of honey, citrus zest, and light spices, with a gentle touch of peat. Finish: Elegant and smoky.Produced at Suntory’s Hakushu distillery in the verdant, forested surroundings of the Japanese Southern Alps’ foothills. Aged for 10 years in a combination of American, Spanish, and Japanese Mizunara oak casks.
