Fantastic with Thai food.The Tabali winery, established in 2002, has become one of the iconic producers in Limari. Limari is situated on the edge of the Atacama Desert, about as far North as it is possible to make wine in Chile. Fun(?)-fact: Tabali is the only winery to produce wines from across the east-west latitude of Chile within the same DO.
