<p>The bouquet is very gentle in this Canarian Marmajuelo, but it opens with white blossoms, orchard fruit and salinity as it adjusts in the glass. On the palate, it’s got a lovely weight and fresh minerality with notes of citrus and ripe apples. A fairly complex wine that’s aged over lees in oak vats, has good potential for ageing. </p><p>Started in 2019 by footballer and Canary Islands native David Silva, and winemaker Jonathan Garcia, Tamerán is set across six hectares of vineyards in Gran Canaria.
