<p>Tarbert Legbiter Navy Strength Gin from Beinn an Tuirc Distillers is a Scottish Navy Strength Gin bottled at 57% ABV and features a bold combination of classic and locally influenced botanicals. Juniper, coriander seed and orange peel form the backbone of the recipe, supported by meadowsweet, almond and liquorice root, which add depth, gentle sweetness and a rounded herbal character. The gin and name were inspired by the legend of Viking Magnus Barelegs, the King of Norway, and his sword aptly named ‘Legbiter’. The legend tells of Magnus and his viking horde circumnavigating his longboat around the peninsula of Kintyre before landing ashore and claiming Kintyre as his own.</p>
