Wine obtained from Verdeca grapes, an expression of an autochthonous Apulian varietal of great elegance and of a land, the Itria valley, told in Rubino style.</p><p>A delicate bright yellow peeks into view. The nose, attractedwith a pale color, it happily dives in search of scents. Fruitexotic, peach, pear, a touch of aromatic herbs.The taste entertains with flavor and freshness, in a pleasant wayand disengaged she drinks, imagining herself intermittently either by the pool among the blue reflections or at the fiery sunset on the beach,with the background of the surf. “Not that it’s a summer wine –think – I would happily savor it all year round.
