This Single Cask by Caroni, selected exclusively by Beija-Flor for the Italian market, has matured </p><p> 23 years old, bottled at full strength of 63.1%, not cold filtered and not artificially coloured. This is a limited edition of 131 pieces. </p></p><p> TASTING NOTES: </p><p> Aroma: Medicinal smoke, oil, tar, then honey, blueberry jam, honey and butter cream. Cocoa, coconut, a little ration and wood spices. </p><p> Palate: Intense tannin, then molasses, vanilla, ripe tropical fruit and dried apricots. Licorice, chocolate and orange jam. </p><p> Finish: Toasted oak, then here’s eucalyptus and salted caramel. Infinite. </p><p><p> Vol. 63.1% – cl. 70 </p>
