(Port Mourant Still) Guyana, Batch 3 – 10 YO – 52.5% – cl. 50 </p><p> Port Mourant Batch #2 was distilled </p><p> at the Diamond Distillery, in Guyana, with the famous wooden still: Port Mourant, in fact, which on the label is traveling towards its new location.</p><p> This Port Mourant is aged for 10 years, bottled at 52.5%, not cold filtered and not artificially coloured, </p><p> it is a limited edition of 946 pieces. </p><p> TASTING NOTES: </p><p> Aroma: Herbaceous, then here are funkier notes: ripe banana, balsamic, sun balm.</p><p> Palate: Light, crunchy with notes of pepper, then persistent banana and a dense fruity sweetness. </p><p> Finish: Very edgy, but elegant all the same </p><p> time. </p>
