(Unconfirmed Still) Guyana – 18 YO (50CL, 51.3% Vol.) </p><p><p> This batch #1 from Diamond Distillery was </p><p> distilled 18 years ago from one of the four Diamond stills present, but not even we know which one it is. This is why there is a real quiz on the label: which of the four will be the right still? This Diamond is aged for 18 years, bottled at 55.6%, not cold filtered and not artificially coloured, it is a limited edition of 970 specimens. </p></p><p> Aroma: Citrus peel, green apple, ginger and cinnamon, then caramelized banana, with a touch of motor oil. </p><p><p> Palate: Rather woody at first, wood </p><p> moist, toffee, a little smoke and pineapple. </p></p><p> Finish: Old leather, fruit, milk chocolate, with lingering sweet raisins.</p><p>
