Bottled at 42% proof, not chill-filtered and not artificially coloured: it works perfectly in a Mai-Tai! </p><p><p>TASTING NOTES: </p></p><p>Aroma: Oily almonds, molasses, dark chocolate, tannins; dates, raisins, papaya and banana bread. </p><p><p>Palate: Wood spices, motor oil and sweet tobacco. Then roasted apricots, sugar cane and herbaceous and bitter notes. </p></p><p>Finish : Salted caramel, tropical fruit. </p><p>
