Bottled at 42% proof, not chill-filtered and not artificially coloured: it works perfectly in a Daiquiri!</p><p>Aroma: Fresh and fruity, banana sweets, ripe pear, melon, pink grapefruit and black olives. Eucalyptus. Palate: Pear candies, then pineapple, banana bread, vanilla; here are green apple, grapefruit and salted caramel. Finish: Bright and balanced.</p>
