<p>THAT BOUTIQUE-Y RUM COMPANY TBRC – SECRET DISTILLERY NO.6 BATCH NO.1 13 YO (50CL, 57.8% Vol.)</p><p>Here’s another spectacular rum bottled by That Boutique-y Rum Company, although the distillery it came from remains a mystery! It was produced in El Salvador and is a multi-column rum matured for 13 years before being bottled at 57.8%. Perhaps the label holds a clue to its origins…? In fact, it contains a reference to the origins of the name of a place in El Salvador, so maybe! Batch 1 is an edition of 462 bottles.</p><p>Nose: Balanced notes of sweet toffee and herbaceous hints. Palate: Jam, resinous oak, tropical fruit and chewy raisins. Finish: Sweetly toasted, with vegetal notes creeping in along the way. </p>
