<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL / NO ADDED SULPHITES</p><p>A field blend in the truest sense of the word: this is a mix of both Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer from a single vineyard in Waipara. Both grapes – white and red – coferment together with partial skin contact and are then aged in a mixture of oak, tank and amphora.
