<p>A new wind of Japanese Whisky.</p><p><em>Matsui Shuzo</em> has been producing Shochu and Sake for over a century but only got the license to distill Whisky in 2015. The first drops of Whisky were produced in <em>2017</em> in the famous <em>Kurayoshi distillery</em> at the foothills of Mount Daisen. The crystal clear water is filtered through volcanic rock, which gives their Whiskies, Sake, and Shochu a <em>distinctive character.</em></p><p><em>The Tottori Blended Japanese Whisky</em> is a homage to the home province of Matsui. It’s matured in <em>ex-Bourbon casks, </em>which makes it an especially intriguing Japanese dram.</p>
