<p>A glou glou red if there ever was one. Full of wild strawberry and blueberry notes, a light floral lift and a grippy, lively palate. Fermented in concrete tank with indigenous yeast and partially via carbonic maceration to soften the tannins and freshen up its character. </p><p>From the foothills of Mont Ventoux, Sur Le Fil (“on the wire”) is a blend of four parcels located at 300-500m altitude.
