Made from vines that will eventually – once mature – provide fruit for the estate’s flagship red, Earth & Sky, it looks forward to a time when rosé will be given rightly equal billing to white and red. The result is a serious wine, oak-aged for three months and crammed with crunchy red fruit and the lick of vanilla.</p>
