A skin‑contact blend of Bacchus, Auxerrois and Chardonnay. Fleshy with stone fruit, citrus peel, good grip, spice and texture with a savoury finish. Fermented with no additions. The fruit spent seven days macerating as whole bunches, and a year developing under flor in barrel, and a further year in bottle before release.

Titch Hill is a Worthing based project by Alex Tristram and Sam Bunker. The vines are planted on a farm that has been in Alex’s family for generations, with his uncle taking a keen interest in environmental restoration and the damage done across the UK by post-war industrial farming. The 8 hectares of vines are some of the closest to the coast in the UK. Alex and Sam work to organic principals, currently in conversion, on the chalk of South Downs, producing wine with a distinct sense of place.

Origin: Worthing, Sussex, EnglandVintage: 2023Grape varieties: Bacchus, Auxerrois, ChardonnayFood pairings: Spicy Asian/Indian food, rich seafood, robust meatsBottle size: 75clABV: 10%

ORGANIC (UNCERTIFIED) / NO ADDED SULPHITES / VEGAN
