Left to mature in ex bourbon casks for 13 years, it aged for a further year exclusively in port pipes. Bottled at 46%. Not cold filtered and without the addition of colorants. </p></p><p> Aroma: Melon, red berries, cooked apples. Rich caramel, butter.
