<p>Tormaresca Salento Fiano IGT Roycello 2022 The Roycello designed by Antinori was born on the Maìme estate, in the Brindisi municipality of San Pietro Vernotico.</p><p>It is produced entirely with Fiano grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After a short maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months in the same containers, on its own yeasts, and in the bottle for another 3 months, before being marketed.</p><p>Antinori’s Roycello has a shiny straw yellow colour. The nose opens with floral sensations of acacia and honeysuckle, enriched with notes of white pulp fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it is soft and savory, with a pleasantly acidic and elegant finish.</p><p>Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and seafood. </p>
