The domaine`s holdings include 19 prime hectares of Sauvignon Blanc, growing on southern exposed, flint and pebble plots, overlooking the river Cher.Loire wines were a favourite of French court more than 300 years ago. Today a select group of young wine growers are maintaining those proven standards. The wines are light yet elegant and flavourful without excessive alcohol.Food Match: Grilled fish on the barbecue during summer, or a fresh starter with asparagus.
