<p>Trentham Heathcote Shiraz is rich and balanced showing lifted fruit aromas of pepper, plum, dark cherry and chocolate. The palate is long, ripe and supple with smooth sweet dark fruit and toasty oak. Bloody marvelous stuff. It is hard to pick a favourite Shiraz when they are all so so good!Trentham have been operating since 1988 in Big River, from small beginnings to now running a state-of-the-art winery working with premium grapes.
