<p>A gin that was created to capture the essence of Tiree and the local island landscape. Surrounded by the vast Atlantic Ocean, the gin features kelp harvested from the local coastline to give a distinctive taste of the seas. When distilled the kelp provides a slightly salty but sweet flavour along with other botanicals including eyebright, ladies bedstraw, water mint and angelica all combined to create a complex but clean flavour profile that has notes of floral vanilla notes capturing the spirit of the island.</p>
