<p>Val delle Corti’s ‘Extra’ is the top wine of the estate, made only in the best vintages. From specially selected vines in the Riserva vineyard (planted in 1974), left to ripen for a further two weeks. Fermented in open tonneaux and aged for three years in very old, small barrels.</p>
