<p>Cantina Bertani, an old winery that originated in 1857 with the unification of Italy, with the desire and pride to represent the excellence of a new nation with a millenary culture. Le Miniere di Novare is a drink that ages for 6-9 months in concrete tanks and ages in the bottle for at least 6 months, produced from a vineyard destined solely for the production of this wine.</p><p>In the glass it shows a bright and brilliant ruby red color, while on the nose its extremely seductive aromas defined by notes of fresh fruit, where cherry and wild berries stand out, blended with delicate aromas of white pepper typical of the Corvina grape, give it a fine and elegant bouquet. </p><p>On the palate it denotes sapidity and personality from the first sip. A light red to the sip, but still very persistent and savory.
