<p>Cantina Bertani, an old winery that originated in 1857 with the unification of Italy, with the desire and pride to represent the excellence of a new nation with a millenary culture. Valpolicella Classico Ognisanti is a drink that ages in French oak barrels for 1 year and ages in the bottle for at least 6 months.</p><p>In the glass it shows a concentrated and intense ruby red color. From the olfactory examination the result is a bouquet extremely seductive defined by notes of fresh red fruit, where cherry and strawberry stand out, blended with light aromas of white pepper typical of the Corvina grape.</p><p>On the palate it immediately conquers for the volume given by the balance of acidity and pungent tannins, which give it a long savory, persistent and satisfying finish.
