<p>Natural fermentation, low alcohol dry white wine made from Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard in Pembrokeshire.</p><p>After a dry, hot summer the 2022 vintage of Naturiol was picked on the 28th October 2022.</p><p>It has been naturally fermented meaning no added yeast or sugar, no filtration or fining were used to avoid stripping out the flavour compounds.</p><p>On the nose the wine presents fresh and with notes of pear, marizpan and a slight touch of aniseed. On the palate it is light-textured yet brimming with crunchy orchard fruit, such as green apple and yellow pear. A soft mouthfeel, and a long, zingy aftertaste.</p><p>Made in Wales by David Morris at Mountain People Wine in Monmouthshire.</p>
