A great minerality distinguishes Malvasia “Pètris”.Tasting notesThe apricot returns on the sip. The flavor, supported by mineral hints, reigns supreme. Approximately 60% of the wine ages in large wooden barrels while the remaining part in steel containers.BottlingThe wine is then assembled and bottled on the full moons between March and June 2023. </p>
