<p>VEGAN </p><p>Golden-hued, fresh and tangy gem for lovers of fruity skin-contact wines. This perfectly balanced blend of Fiano and Falanghina is full of citrus like quince and grapefruit, tropical notes of peach and lychee, and honeysuckle aromas. The mouthful is bone-dry, saline, and with a pleasant waxy texture. Very easy drinking stuff. The grapes are harvested manually and left to soak with their skins for a couple of days.</p><p>Bottled unfiltered and unfined, and with a minimal amount of sulphur added.</p><p>Fratelli Felix is a collaboration between Jack & Bruno (of Vigneti Tardis) and Eric Narioo of Les Caves de Pyrene & Vino di Anna. This project sources grapes from sustainable growers in Campania and aims to offer honest, excellent value wines made in the Vigneti Tardis way.</p><p>Vigneti Tardis is the result of a collaboration between Jack Lewens (former sommelier, now co-owner of Leroy Restaurant, Shoreditch) and his long-time friend Bruno de Conciliis of Viticoltori de Conciliis.
