The mouthful is dry, nicely structured by pleasant tannins and soft acidity. Definitely one for fans of earthy reds.</p><p>Fresh and young, this wine is fermented in stainless steel vats and bottled immediately to preserve its fruity character. </p><p>Quinta do Montalto has been in the same family for five generations, nestled in the serene landscape near Fátima, not far from Lisbon.
