<p>A beautifully aromatic, complex sparkling orange wine that spends 2 days on the skins before being fermented in amphorae for 5 months. It has aromas of apricot and clove on the nose, along with a smoky quality. On the palate it is rich and smooth, with notes of buttered popcorn and a slight yeastiness. The finish is long, with saline minerality and bitterness offsetting some pronounced tropical fruit notes.
