Bottled on the lees and unfiltered, it pours pale gold and hazy, with creamy, floral aromas and a textured palate balanced by fine bubbles and bright acidity—a distinctive, characterful alternative to Champagne.</p><p>Grown using Regenerative and Biodynamic practices, the grapes are hand-picked late for ripeness, then gently pressed into stainless steel and neutral oak.
