<p>Only 9,400 bottles of this unique Irish dram were produced.</p><p>In the rugged and picturesque peninsulas of West Cork in southern <em>Ireland</em>, a terrific trio of best friends set up an artisanal distillery in 2003 and gave it a no-B.S. name: <em>West Cork Distillers</em>. Two of them used to be deep sea fishermen, and one used to work for a beverage firm as a scientists. So, these guys know a thing about hard work and profound knowledge. Their love for Irish heritage, tradition – and, of course, booze, was is the cornerstone for their venture. And the fact, that the microclimate of West Cork is <em>perfect for maturing Irish Whiskey</em>, is obviously a cool advantage.</p><p><em>West Cork Blended Irish Whiskey Stout Cask Finish</em> is triple-distilled and<em> limited-edition</em> Whiskey that the good West Cork folk released in <em>2021</em>. The blend is comprised of precisely 75% grain and 25% malt Irish Whiskey that were created with Irish malted barley and Irish wheat. Aged for four years in first-fill Bourbon barrels, the components are blended before they spend an additional 6 months in casks that used to hold<em> Ireland’s Blacks of Kinsale’s Stout</em>. What all that means for you, dear Whiskey aficionado, is an abundance of dark chocolate, coffee, and vanilla notes on the lovely palate.<em> </em></p>
