<p>Whiskey Kilchoman Beija-Flor Single Mezcal Cask Finish 741/2013 (70CL, 54.8% Vol.)Kilchoman’s single cask 741/2013 is an absolute novelty for Italy: it is in fact the first single cask aged in Mezcal on the Italian market! And it’s not just any single cask: distilled on 17 October 2013 from peated barley at 50ppm, after the first years of maturation in an ex-bourbon cask it was transferred to a barrel that had contained Mezcal at the beginning of 2021. We are the we selected at the beginning of September last year, and we felt that it needed a few more months to reach the perfect balance. Bottled at the beginning of March 2022, after just over a year in ex-Mezcal, it has an alcohol content of 54.8% and is available in 261 examples.</p><p>Aroma: Salted caramel, raisins, fresh fruit and a sea peat smoke. Palate: Tropical fruit and lemon zest, with vanilla, milk chocolate and a warm smoke.
