<p>In collaboration with chef Matt Hunter, this seasonal Yorkshire rhubarb gin is crafted with syrup made from forced rhubarb, handpicked by candlelight at Robert Tomlinson’s farm — a tradition as romantic as it is rare. The result? A naturally pink, 42% ABV spirit that blends our coastal botanicals with Yorkshire’s sweetest heritage. No artificial colour, just pure rhubarb magic — bold, bright, and a little bit poetic.</p><p>Size: 70cl</p><p>Strength: 42% ABV</p><p>IMPORTANT INFO We use 100% Yorkshire rhubarb and zero artificial flavours or additives. As we use real fruits, please store your gin in a cool dark place to retain the luscious pink colour. If you notice hints of the delicious rhubarb settling in your bottle, simply shake your spirit before consumption. We recommend that you consume within 6 months of opening. </p><p>
