<p>Wildeberg White is 100% ancient bush-vine Sémillon aged in a combination of new and older oak. Semillon is a fascinating grape variety that can vary hugely from place to place, and as it ages. This wine has a bright palate with a lovely texture, and there are complex flavour of citrus, as well as honey, butter and other layers added by the barrel ageing. The grapes are hand-harvested and naturally fermented, which gives this wine a real sense of heart.
