Very full-bodied with multiple layers of extracted ripe black fruit with balancing acidity/mouth-draping tannins on the long finish.The Yatir Forest 2021 is produced from 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Petit Verdot, 14% Cabernet Franc, and 11% Merlot. The blend varies annually to reflect the Yatir character and the region’s unique terroir.
