Then he experimented with <em>Juniper </em>and <em>Blueberry Liqueurs </em>and started sharing them with family and friends. Nearly eighty years later, the family is still making Grappa and Liqueurs at <em>Roner Spirits,</em> but have added a wide range of Gins, Vodkas, Wines, and other spirits to the line up.</p><p>We all generally agree that the flavor profile of juniper is balanced between <em>rosemary, pine, </em>and <em>woody notes. </em>And that’s why juniper forms the backbone of every Gin by definition. But the folks at Roner Spirits wanted to up the pine notes a bit. So, to their classic <em>Italian-style Dry Gin</em> formulation they added actual distilled<em> pine essence,</em> bringing those notes to center stage.
