The Zuidam family combines generations of distilling expertise with quality ingredients to create distinctive spirits with depth and complexity.The Production MethodZuidam Dutch Courage Gin uses nine carefully sourced botanicals including juniper, iris root, coriander, citrus, angelica, liquorice, cardamom and vanilla. Each botanical is individually distilled to extract the purest essence and robust flavour. The juniper is distilled solo to obtain its bright, piney essence. The citrus fruits are distilled separately to preserve the acidic flavours.In total, there are 14 dedicated distillations just for the core 9 botanicals. Only once fully distilled alone are the botanicals artfully blended and redistilled together. This allows the flavours to harmonize perfectly. The result is a remarkably fresh, complex gin with intricate layers reflecting each individually distilled botanical.
